Valves

The use of shut-off and control valves is necessary in the operation of pipeline systems. They differ in principle of operation, marking, dimensions and technical characteristics.

The main purpose is to control the operating flow. The valves are used to control (stop, redirect, regulate pressure) flow of liquids (steam) in pipelines. Natural gas, machine oil, petrol, fuel oil, petroleum, chemicals, fresh water and seawater are the service fluids.

Shut-off and control valves have other functions:

separating mediums in different states
protection of the system from emergencies
distribution or mixing of substances
backflow prevention

The main parameters of the equipment are the mechanical characteristics, chemical composition, durability and suitability for use in the required temperature range. Valves have a service life limit. They are subject to strict tests at the production stage.

Shut-off valve

Connection to the piping system: wafer, flanged, welded, socket, threaded.
Types of control: with manual operation (hand wheel or gearbox) and version for electric and pneumatic-hydro drive.
DN 32 to 2000, PN 2 to 40, Tmax up to 400°C.

Control valve

Connection to the piping system: wafer, flanged, welded, socket, threaded.
Types of control: with manual control (hand wheel or gearbox) and version for electric and pneumatic-hydro drive.
DN 50 to 2000, PN 2 to 25, Tmax up to 400 °C.

Check valves

Connection to the piping system: wafer, flanged, welded, socket, threaded.
Types of control: without control (opening is performed by medium flow), with manual control (gearbox is used for large diameters and pressure classes) and version for electric and pneumatic-hydro drive.
DN 50 to 1600, PN 6 to 600, Tmax up to 450 °C.

Connection to the piping system is flanged, welded. Types of control: manually operated (hand wheel or gearbox) and versions for electric and pneumatic-hydro drive.
PN 6 to 100. DN 2 to 1200. Tmax up to 595 °C.

Lid valves:

Connection to piping system: flanged, welded. Control types: with electric actuator version.
PN 6 to 16. DN 40 to 400. Tmax up to 200 °C

Gate valve:

Connection to piping system is wafer type.
Types of control - electric actuator; hand wheel, lever, key.
PN from 10. DN from 50 to 900. Tmax up to 200 °C

Channel gates and valves:

Operated by electric actuator; hand wheel, lever, key.
DN 300 to 1400. Tmax up to 120 °C

Valves

Ammonia shut-off valves, bellows valves, angle valves, diaphragm valves:

Control by electric actuator, hand wheel, key, lever.
Tmax 70 °C to 550 °C

Control valves:

Flange connection, control by electric actuator, hand wheel, key, lever.
